Triphasic CT liver protocol is a very commonly asked protocol in exams as well as a commonly requested protocol in clinical practice. This video serves as an introduction to multiphase CT of the liver and describes the different phases such as the pre-contrast CT, early arterial phase or the hepatic angiography, delayed or late arterial phase or the pancreatic parenchymal phase, portal venous phase, or the hepatic parenchymal phase, venous phase or the hepatic venous phase and the delayed phase.
