@World Cancer Day 2021 is celebrated on 4 February and this year's theme is I am and I will. This is an initiative of the Union for international cancer control and it is supported by us all.

This cancer awareness series video focuses on pancreatic cancer @World Health Organization (WHO). It begins with the very basic points of location and function of the pancreas which is followed by risk factors for pancreatic cancer such as Chronic pancreatitis and hereditary pancreatitis as well as alcohol and gall stones.
After this, we discuss the pancreatic cancer symptoms and signs followed by actions that can be taken to prevent this cancer or detect it at an early stage. If you know the symptoms and signs of pancreatic cancer, you can meet the doctor earlier and this can help in detecting the disease early.
This is the second video in this digestive system cancer awareness series @ASCO and gives a detailed yet simplified idea about the basics of pancreatic cancer prevention as well as early detection by selective screening @NCCN.
